REFUND POLICY
By canceling registration until the deadline of this event, we offer a refund of 80% of the value of the registration fee until 15TH DECEMBER 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
*IMPORTANT: In the event that the event is affected by causes beyond the control of the organization and we are forced to postpone or cancel the event, the refund of the registration fee will be made in the form of a COUPON that can be used at any time. another event organized by the SPAIN BJJ TOUR.
To cancel and receive a refund, the athlete must do so from their profile by canceling registration.
Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days depending on each card.

WEIGHING RULES
1- The participant who does not appear at the time stipulated for weighing will be disqualified.
2- The participant can appear to weigh in at any of the available times, it will not be necessary to weigh in twice.
3- It will not be allowed to weigh in moments before the fight, we remember that weighing can only be done before the start of the competition.
3- The participant must appear for the weigh-in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit.
4- To identify yourself it is necessary to carry an official document with a photo: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT.
5- The official weight measurements for this event are in KILOGRAMS and it is the same weight for both modalities, both with Kimono (GI) and without kimono (NO-GI).

The event is open to all nationalities. Divisions are available in GI and NO-GI for age groups from PRE MIRIM 4 y 5 años through MASTER 4 46 años o mas.
What are the registration deadlines and prices?
Early registration is until 27TH SEPTEMBER: Kids GI or NO-GI 50€, Kids GI + NO-GI 75€, Adult or Juvenile GI or NO-GI 55€, and Adult or Juvenile GI + NO-GI 85€. Normal registration is until 7TH NOVEMBER: Kids GI or NO-GI 55€, Kids GI + NO-GI 85€, Adult or Juvenile GI or NO-GI 60€, and Adult or Juvenile GI + NO-GI 95€. Late registration is until 15TH DECEMBER: Kids GI or NO-GI 60€, Kids GI + NO-GI 95€, Adult or Juvenile GI or NO-GI 65€, and Adult or Juvenile GI + NO-GI 105€.

When are weigh-ins?
Pre-weighing is Friday, 18TH DECEMBER, 2026 at Poliesportiu Municipal Santa Eulària from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Event-day weighing is Saturday, 19TH DECEMBER, 2026 at the same location from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
What are the weigh-in requirements?
Athletes who do not appear at the stipulated weigh-in time will be disqualified. Athletes may weigh in at any available time and do not need to weigh in twice; weigh-ins are not allowed moments before the fight and can only be done before the start of the competition.
