Train with Megumi Horikawa (JPN), 2022 World Champion at -63kg, 5-time Grand Slam gold medalist, and 2016 Asian Champion.
Over a career at the top of Japanese judo, Megumi collected titles across the World Championships, the Grand Slam circuit, and Asian and Japanese national championships. She now brings that experience to the mat as a coach.
The workshop covers her gripping, tachi-waza, and transitions to ne-waza, the same judo that took her to a world title.
