Please ensure that your registration is completed before the deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Registration Fees

All registration fees must be settled by the Coach on behalf of all participants from their academy through one single transaction via Whish to 03 13 34 34.

Payment must be completed before the registration deadline in order for the registration to be approved.

No payments or registrations will be accepted after the deadline.

Competition Divisions

Males and females : U10 | U12 | U14 | U16 | U18 | Adults 

Rules

• The tournament will be conducted under the official JJIF Ruleset.
• Matches will be decided by submission or according to the official JJIF scoring system.
• All referee decisions are final.
• Competitors are responsible for knowing and following the official JJIF rules.
• In order to maximize competitive opportunities and provide active matches, management retains the right to combine weight and age divisions.

Tournament Format

• Single Elimination tournament.
• Competitors are eliminated after one loss.
• A separate Bronze Medal Match will determine third place.

Required Equipment

Men

• A rashguard or compete shirtless.
• No-Gi shorts, grappling shorts, or sports shorts without pockets or zippers.

Women

• A rashguard or another suitable athletic top.
• No-Gi shorts or leggings suitable for competition.

For all competitors:

• Any equipment or clothing that may endanger an opponent is prohibited.

Coaches’ Uniform

All coaches are required to wear the official team uniform throughout the competition:

• T-shirt / Official team T-shirt
• Sports pants
• Clean sports shoes

Event Schedule

Saturday, 17 October

08:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Sharp) — Official Weigh-In, All athletes must complete the weigh-in during this period to be eligible to compete.

9:00 AM — Competition Begins

Awards

Medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each division.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable (after the refund deadline).

Refunds will only be considered if a competitor is unable to participate due to an injury or medical condition and submits an official medical certificate before the event. The organizer reserves the right to review the documentation before approving any refund request.

General Information

GROUND ZERO No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Championship is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable competition for all participants. Competitors are expected to arrive on time, respect referees, officials, staff, and fellow athletes, and demonstrate good sportsmanship throughout the event.
