18:00-21:00 Weigh in - PLEASE NOTE: There is no sauna at the premises!

Saturday:

09:00 Block 1: U15 and U21

14:00 Block 2 U18 och senior

09:00 -11:00 Randori

Rules and regulations regarding weigh-in

U15 - Weigh-in up to 14 years old

Must weigh in wearing judo trousers and a T-shirt or equivalent. 200 g is deducted from the weight.

Example: If the scale shows 52.2 kg, 52.0 kg is recorded on the weigh-in card.

They are not allowed to weigh in wearing only underwear.

U18 - Weigh-in from 15–17 years old

Must NOT weigh in naked. They must weigh in wearing underwear (underpants, plus a top for female judoka) or judo trousers and a T-shirt.

200 g is deducted from the weight for underwear.

Example: If the scale shows 52.2 kg, 52.0 kg is recorded on the weigh-in card.

U21 - Senior - Weigh-in from 18 years old

Judoka aged 18 or older may choose whether to weigh in naked, in underwear, or wearing judo trousers and a T-shirt.

Comment: Weigh-ins may only be conducted according to these rules. This means that jeans, sweatpants, hoodies, or any clothing other than that specified above are not permitted.

Weigh-in is on Friday from 18:00 to 21:00. There is no sauna at the premises.

On Saturday, Block 1 for U15 and U21 starts at 09:00. Block 2 for U18 and senior starts at 14:00.

The camp has randori on Sunday from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00.
