REFUND POLICY
By canceling registration until the deadline of this event, we offer a refund of 80% of the value of the registration fee until November 26 -2025 at 11:59 p.m.
*IMPORTANT: In the event that the event is affected by causes beyond the control of the organization and we are forced to postpone or cancel the event, the refund of the registration fee will be made in the form of a COUPON that can be used at any time. another event organized by the SPAIN BJJ TOUR.
To cancel and receive a refund, the athlete must do so from their profile by canceling registration.
Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days depending on each card.

WEIGHING RULES
1- The participant who does not appear at the time stipulated for weighing will be disqualified.
2- The participant can appear to weigh in at any of the available times, it will not be necessary to weigh in twice.
3- It will not be allowed to weigh in moments before the fight, we remember that weighing can only be done before the start of the competition.
3- The participant must appear for the weigh-in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit.
4- To identify yourself it is necessary to carry an official document with a photo: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT.
5- The official weight measurements for this event are in KILOGRAMS and it is the same weight for both modalities, both with Kimono (GI) and without kimono (NO-GI).

CATEGORIAS DE EDAD
PRE MIRIM - 4 y 5 años SOLO GI

INFANTO JUVENIL A - 12 y 13 años GI & NO-GI

*Observación: la edad de un atleta va en función del año, no de la fecha exacta de nacimiento.
Ejemplo: un atleta que tenga en el día de la competición 15 años, pero que ese mismo año cumplirá los 16 años el sistema considerará que el atleta tiene 16 años y deberá competir en JUVENIL.

ABSOLUTE JUVENILE (OPEN WEIGHT)
- Para los cinturones: ⚪️ WHITE y 🔵 BLUE.
- Solo el 1º🥇, 2º🥈 y 3º🥉 clasificados podrán asistir al absoluto.
- Para que se celebre un Absoluto tiene que haber como mínimo 3 atletas de al menos 3 equipos diferentes en la categoría.
- La inscripción para el absoluto deberá ser realizada hasta 15´ minutos después de haber recibido la medalla.

INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
*La competición cuenta con un seguro de accidentes deportivo limitado, que cubrirá eventuales accidentes ocasionado por la disputa competitiva solamente en el día del evento.
*Recomendamos a los atletas que tengan un seguro deportivo en vigor para participar del evento.
PLAZAS LIMITADAS
- Si se alcanza el límite máximo de atletas para este evento antes de la fecha límite de inscripciones, la organización se reserva al derecho de cerrar las inscripciones antes de la fecha límite indicada.
- La previa inscripción no garantiza la participación, la organización recomienda formalizar el pago de la inscripción del evento antes de comprar los billetes del viaje.
