Spectator Fees:
$15 Admission for anybody who is not competing.
Kids 12 and under enter for free.

Early Registration:
Register by September 30th at 11:59 PM: $99
Normal Registration:
Register by October 21st at 11:59pm: $119
Late Registration:
Register by November 4th at 11:59pm: $139

Weight Divisions:
- Kids/Teens: -45 lbs, -55 lbs, -65 lbs, -75 lbs, -85 lbs, -95 lbs, -105 lbs, -115 lbs, -125 lbs, -140 lbs, -155 lbs, 155+ lbs
Skill Divisions:
- Kids/Teens Gi: White Belt, Gray Belt, Yellow Belt, Orange Belt, Green Belt
- Kids/Teens No-Gi: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
Suggested Skill Level for No-Gi:
Beginner: 0-2 years of grappling experience (Gray Belts and competitors with 2 or more years of wrestling experience are not allowed to compete at the Beginner level)
Intermediate: 2-4 years of grappling experience (Yellow Belts are not allowed to compete at the Intermediate level)
Advanced: 4+ years of grappling experience
Format:
All divisions with 3 or more competitors will utilize a Round Robin format.
All divisions with 2 competitors will operate under a Best-of-three format.
Competitors will only need to weigh in once and will not need to wear your Gi.
Weigh-Ins:
Weigh-ins will be available on the day of the event at 8:00 AM. We ask that competitors are weighed-in 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for your first division.
Competitors will be required to wear clothing (t-shirt and shorts) while weighing in. You WILL NOT be allowed to disrobe or "strip" to your underwear, so please plan accordingly.
Because competitors are required to weigh in clothed, there will be a 2 LBS ALLOWANCE to account for the weight of your clothing.
Competitors will not be allowed to switch divisions the day of the event. All changes and edits to your registration must be made by the edit/change deadline on Thursday November 6th at 11:59 PM.
Competitor Lists:
Competitors lists will be available to view throughout the registration period on the "Registrations" tab of the event page.
If you do not see anybody registered for your division - register anyways! In the event that we are not able to place you in a fair division, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration credit to a future event.
Brackets & Schedule:
Event brackets and schedule will be available to view on the event page (Brackets and Schedule tab) no later than 12:00 PM Central on November 6th
Brackets and Schedule will be available to view on television screens set up at the event, as well as on your mobile device!
Registration Edits:
You will have until 11:59 PM on Thursday November 6th to make any necessary changes to your registration. Changes to your registration can be made by logging into your account and editing your registration details.
After this time, you will not be able to make any changes or edits to your registration.
Awards:
1st (Gold), 2nd (Silver), and 3rd (Bronze) Place medals will be awarded for each division!
Results:
Results will be updated LIVE throughout the event and displayed on the "Result" tab of the event page!
Refunds:
Full refunds will only be issued for registrations cancelled before the end of the Normal Registration period (until 11:59 PM on October 21st)
Full credits will be issued for registrations cancelled during the Late Registration period and up until the edit/change deadline (until 11:59 PM on November 6th)
Following the edit/change deadline (11:59 PM on November 6th), no refunds or credits will be issued.
You can receive full refunds or credits by logging into your Smoothcomp account and cancelling your registration before the necessary deadlines listed above. You do not need to email or message us to inform us that you are cancelling your registration.
Medical Staff:
There will be a professionally trained and certified medic on sight for the event. The Medic will be available for competitors to receive ice, evaluation, and advice in the event of an injury.
