Our 9th Scrimmage starts 12:00pm, on October 25th, at Shark Pit Jiu Jitsu. Located at 210 Fort Collier Rd. Winchester, VA 22603
Registration is open - if you want a superfight there's a section for that - throw your name on the pile in there and send an email to flowstategrappling@gmail.com with your name, sex, age, rank, gi/nogi preference and any other pertinent information.
