Approximate times for each class will be shown under "Brackets & Schedule" once published. Adjustments may be made after weigh-in so stay alert. Times are approximate only, and mats may be merged – always pay attention to changes during the event.
👴 AGE DIVISIONS
Children and youth under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible coach or parent at weigh-in.
Children 7 - 12 yrs (boys and girls compete together).
Youth 13 - 15 yrs.
Adults 16+ yrs.
💪🏻 EXPERIENCE DIVISIONS
In Nogi/Submission Wrestling the following applies:
Beginner
- May not have won gold medals in our or other tournaments.
- May not hold a colored belt in any grappling sport.
- Must not have trained in any grappling style for more than 1.5 years (BJJ, wrestling, judo, sambo etc.)
Intermediate/Amateur
- If you do not qualify as a beginner, you compete here.
- May not compete in this class if you hold a brown belt or higher in BJJ, or if you have trained any submission-based grappling style regularly for more than 8 years.
Advanced/Pro
- If you do not qualify as intermediate/amateur, you compete here.
Absolute
- Different experience levels exist.
- All weight classes compete together.
Merging classes: If a class has fewer than 4 participants, we may merge them into the next higher experience level.
🏋🏻♀️ WEIGHT CLASSES
- If you miss weight, you are automatically moved up to the next weight class.
- If a weight class has fewer than 4 participants, we may merge it with the next higher weight class within the same experience level.
- Children and youth may be moved up max 2 weight classes. Adults may be moved up more or to Absolute/Open if they have no opponents.
Weigh-in: 09:00-11:00
Children 7-12 yrs: -21, -24, -28, -32, -36, -40, -45, -50, -55, 60+ kg
Youth 13-15 yrs: -32, -36, -40, -45, -50, -55, -60, 60+ kg
Men 16+ yrs: -60, -65, -70, -76, -83, -91, -100, 100+ kg
Women 16+ yrs: -50, -55, -60, -65, -70, 70+ kg
💵 FEES
Those who register but do not pay will be deleted when we create the brackets.
Discounts
-200 SEK when entering two classes
Spectators & Stream: 150 SEK
Children & Youth:
195 SEK - Early bird (two weeks after we publish the event)
295 SEK - Regular price
395 SEK - Late fee (one week before registration closes)
Adults 16+ yrs:
295 SEK - Early bird (two weeks after we publish the event)
395 SEK - Regular price
495 SEK - Late fee (one week before registration closes)
🏆 COMPETITION PRIZES
1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive medals.
❤️ COACHES
Each participant is entitled to one coach, max 2 coaches per club. With many participants from one club, the number of coaches may be increased (contact the organizer).
Coaches must register as coaches to get free entry. Show this at the reception for access.
🙋♂️ REFEREES & SECRETARIAT
If you have interest in participate as referee or secretariat you get free entry and food and drinks during the day.

NOTE! There will be no rules meeting – you must ask on match day or email the organizer if something is unclear.

- The format is single elimination, round robin, or best of three, depending on the number of competitors in the group.
- Only submissions – if no submission occurs, the referee and secretariat will decide who wins, based on who was closest to a submission or had the most submission attempts.

- Sauna available during weigh-in.
- Reception open with food, snacks, drinks etc.
- Plenty of parking around the venue, but you may need to park a few hundred meters away.
