For NEW clubs, also FIRST register through https://nowb.smoothcomp.com. Create a PERSONAL account first and then register your club/association via “Create New Academy”. If you have not registered your club, your participants CANNOT register for an event.
Age Category:
Participation is possible from 15 years old. In this competition, it is not allowed to participate in a higher weight class for ages 15 to 17 years.
Advanced and Beginners:
• Beginners are wrestlers with less than 2 years of combat sports experience;
• Beginners may participate in the beginners' competition for a maximum of 2 seasons;
• All other participants compete in the "Advanced" competition;
• If participants are incorrectly classified, referees can intervene and (if still possible) allow them to participate in the correct category.
Maximum number of participants:
For both advanced and beginners, the maximum number of participants is 30. So, 60 participants per competition day.
If circumstances allow, the number of participants can be adjusted in consultation with the NOWB and the organizing club, and will be communicated to all participating clubs.

Simultaneously with registration, a participant must pay the registration fee. For the first registration of a calendar year, the participant must also pay the annual federation membership.
No payment received means no registration and thus no participation!
If the association has not paid the association fee, the participant will also be excluded.
On the day of the competition, it is no longer possible to register. Pay attention to the final registration date, which is mentioned per competition day in Smoothcomp.
Registration Conditions:
Participant must be a resident (registered at a Dutch municipality) in the Netherlands and possess a valid identity document.
Registration Costs:
The registration costs are the same for advanced and beginners:
• Per competition day normal € 15.00 per participant
Early bird € 15,00
Late registration € 20,00
Weigh-in and start of matches:
Beginners: 09:00 AM
Advanced: 12:00 PM
o Every wrestler must compulsorily be at the weigh-in in a wrestling suit or in swimming trunks/shorts;
o Nails must be trimmed short and clean;
o The wrestler may only bring his coach/trainer into the room where the weigh-in takes place;
o Weighing is only done by the called referees
o No pre-weighing during the weigh-in;
Deviations and comparisons with weigh-ins in previous seasons are no longer allowed.
Competition Clothing:
• Coaches/participants must be dressed in sportswear and wrestling or indoor shoes (no street shoes) on and around the mat.
• All wrestlers must be dressed (during competition) in a wrestling suit (red or blue) and wrestling shoes;
• Deviation from the wrestling singlet is allowed for beginners, they may wrestle in a sports trousers and mainly red or blue T-shirt;
• Deviation from wrestling shoes is possible for beginners, but then only wrestling in indoor shoes (NO street shoes or bare feet);
• If a participant does not comply with the regulations of competition clothing, they are automatically declared the loser by the referee (loss with a 5-0 score);
• Participant A (first mentioned) always wears a red wrestling singlet (or red t-shirt for beginners) and participant B (second mentioned) always wears a blue wrestling singlet (or blue t-shirt for beginners);
• It is not allowed to be in the competition hall
without a wrestling singlet or sportswear. Changing for the correct color of wrestling singlet/T-shirt must always take place in the changing room.
Liability
All participants are assumed to participate in the competition matches at their own risk. By participating, they agree to indemnify the Wrestling Section of the KNKF and/or the organization (organizing association) from any liability.
Wrestlers are insured for permanent injury (through the insurance of the K.N.K.F.), if the association has made the payment for the annual association fee to the wrestling section/NOWB.
Competition Rules
• For this competition, the competition rules of the UWW are applied;

• The match/pool assignments are compiled in Smoothcomp;
• On competition days, all match points and results are recorded in Smoothcomp and, if possible, presented on screen or screens in the competition hall.
Results and Points
On competition days 1 to 6, the following points are awarded for the result per weight:
1st place = 5 points
2nd place = 4 points
3rd place = 3 points
4th place = 2 points
5th place = 1 point
After the last competition day, the wrestler with the most points per weight can call himself the competition champion of the Netherlands.
Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship:
• All athletes participating in the competition must adhere to the doping regulations of the K.N.K.F. If the regulations of the K.N.K.F. are in conflict with the latest version of the doping regulations of the Institute of Sports Law (ISR), the latter applies. • See the appendix for the Code of Conduct for Coaches/Trainers/Supervisors and Athletes.
• Any participant and coach who does not adhere to the code of conduct and thus does not behave sportingly, can receive a yellow or a red card from the referees.
• A yellow card can be a first warning and the red card means leaving the competition hall and exclusion from the competition day.
• In case of a red card, the board of the Wrestling Section will take the case to the disciplinary committee. They will determine the extent to which the rules have been violated and what sanctions may result.

Appendix 1:
You do sports because you enjoy it. Therefore, make sure it remains enjoyable. Not only for yourself, but also for others in your team/training group and for your opponents. We treat each other with respect, everyone participates and can be themselves. Therefore, apply the following code of conduct.
The athlete:
Is open. If you are asked to do something that goes against your own feelings, norms, and values: report this, for example, to the board of NOWB, Club/association or the
Confidential Contact Person (VCP). For questions and reports, you can also contact the Center for Safe Sport Netherlands. Also, if you are asked to cheat, report it. Respects others. You respect everyone. For the opponents, your teammates, the referee, your trainers, the spectators, and everyone else. Watch your language and how you present yourself to others.
Give everyone the feeling that they can move freely.
Respects agreements. Be on time, report absences (in time), listen to instructions, and adhere to the rules.
Treats the environment properly. Do not break anything, respect everyone's property. Leave the changing room tidy. Clean up the materials. Throw waste in the bins.
Keeps hands to themselves. Do not touch anyone against their will (outside of normal sports practice).
Adheres to the rules. Read the regulations, house rules, this code of conduct, and all other agreements, and adhere to them.
Does not demean anyone in their value.
Refrain from discriminatory, belittling, or intimidating comments and behavior. Do not exclude anyone and be tolerant.
Does not discriminate. Do not make distinctions based on religion, beliefs, political affiliation, race, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, age, or other characteristics.
Is honest and fair. Do not cheat, do not use verbal or physical violence, do not use doping. Do not participate in fixing a match, competition, or record. Do not fix any sports moment, like the first throw/grip. Do not bet on your own matches.
Fights (sportingly) on the mat, but not outside. Use what you have learned in a martial art only for defense.
Reports violations of this code of conduct. Report violations of this code to the board and/or the confidential contact person of the sports association or your sports federation. Uitslag en punten
Op de competitiedagen 1 t/m 6 worden de volgende punten toegekend aan de uitslag per gewicht:
1e plaats = 5 punten
2e plaats = 4 punten
3e plaats = 3 punten
4e plaats = 2 punten
5e plaats = 1 punt
Na de laatste competitiedag mag de worstelaar met de meest behaalde punten per gewicht zich competitiekampioen van Nederland noemen.
Gedragsregels en Sportiviteit:
• Alle atleten, die deelnemen aan de competitie, moeten zich houden aan het
dopingreglement van de K.N.K.F. Indien het reglement van de K.N.K.F. in strijd is met de
laatste versie van het dopingreglement van het Instituut Sport Rechtspraak (ISR) dan geldt

• Zie bijlage voor de Gedragsregels voor Coaches/Trainers/Begeleiders en Sporters.
• Iedere deelnemer en coach die zich niet aan de gedragsregels houdt en zich dus niet
sportief gedraagt, kan een gele of een rode kaart ontvangen van de scheidsrechters.
• kaart kan een eerste waarschuwing zijn en de rode kaart betekent de wedstrijdzaal
verlaten en uitsluiting van de competitiedag.
• Bij een uitgedeelde rode kaart wordt door het bestuur sectie Worstelen de zaak aanhangig gemaakt bij de tuchtcommissie. Zij gaan bepalen in welke mate de regels zijn overtreden en tot welke sanctie(s) kunnen leiden.

Bijlage 1:
Sporten doe je omdat je het leuk vindt. Zorg daarom dat het ook leuk blijft. Niet alleen voor jezelf, maar ook voor de anderen in je team/trainingsgroep en voor jullie tegenstander. We gaan respectvol met elkaar om, iedereen doet mee en mag zichzelf zijn. Pas daarom onderstaande gedragsregels toe.
De sporter:
Is open. Als je wordt gevraagd om iets te doen dat tegen je eigen gevoel, normen en waarden ingaat: meld dit, bijvoorbeeld bij het bestuur NOWB, Club/vereniging of de
Vertrouwenscontactpersoon (VCP). Voor vragen en meldingen kun je ook terecht bij het Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland. Ook wanneer je wordt gevraagd om vals te spelen, meld dit. Respecteert anderen. Je hebt respect voor iedereen. Voor de tegenstander(s), je teamgenoten, de scheidsrechter, je trainers, de toeschouwers en ieder ander. Let op je taalgebruik en hoe je je aan anderen presenteert.
Geef iedereen het gevoel dat hij of zij zich vrij kan bewegen.
Respecteert afspraken. Kom op tijd, meld je (tijdig) af, luister naar instructies en houd je aan
de regels.
Gaat netjes om met de omgeving. Maak niets stuk, respecteer ieders eigendommen. Laat de kleedkamer netjes achter. Ruim de materialen op. Gooi afval in de afvalbakken.
Blijf van anderen af. Raak (buiten de normale sportbeoefening) niemand tegen zijn of haar wil aan.
Houdt zich aan de regels. Lees de reglementen, de huisregels, deze gedragscode en alle andere afspraken, en houd je daar ook aan.
Tast niemand aan in zijn of haar waarde.
Onthoud je van discriminerende, kleinerende of intimiderende opmerkingen en gedrag. Sluit
niemand buiten en wees tolerant.
Discrimineert niet. Maak geen onderscheid naar godsdienst, levensovertuiging, politieke gezindheid, ras, geslacht, seksuele gerichtheid, culturele achtergrond, leeftijd of andere
kenmerken.
Is eerlijk en sportief. Speel niet vals, gebruik
geen verbaal of fysiek geweld, gebruik geen
doping. Doe niet mee aan het fixen van een
wedstrijd, competitie of record. Fix ook geen
sportmoment, zoals de eerste worp/greep. Wed
niet op eigen wedstrijden.
Vecht (sportief) op de mat, maar niet
daarbuiten. Gebruik wat je bij een vechtsport
hebt geleerd alleen ter verdediging.
Meldt overtredingen van deze gedragscode.
Meld overtredingen van deze code bij het
bestuur en/of de vertrouwenscontactpersoon van
de sportvereniging of je sportbond. Voor vragen
en meldingen kun je ook terecht bij het Centrum
Veilige Sport Nederland. NB: Heeft iemand iets
vertrouwelijk met je gedeeld, bel dan
bijvoorbeeld met het Centrum Veilige Sport
Nederland. We bespreken dan wat je kunt doen.
Drinkt na het sporten met mate alcohol en drinkt niet als hij of zij nog moet deelnemen aan het verkeer.
