Welcome to Fight Like a Girl! An all-girls & women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament created to empower, uplift, and grow the community, one match at a time. Get more matches and most importantly, Have fun!

Everyone gets a medal, because the hardest part is just showing up.
This isn’t about medals or ego. It’s about fun, experience, and building confidence in a safe and supportive environment surrounded by other women and girls who get it.
Whether it’s your first time competing or you’re coming back for a second time, we’re here to cheer you on!

This year, a portion of the proceeds will go to WINGS of Providence, a local charity that provides long-term, safe housing and support services to women and children escaping domestic violence. When you register, you’re not just stepping on the mat — you’re helping someone else find safety and strength, too.
