REFUND POLICY

By canceling registration until the deadline of this event, we offer a refund of 80% of the value of the registration fee until 26-1-2026 at 11:59 p.m.

*IMPORTANT: In the event that the event is affected by causes beyond the control of the organization and we are forced to postpone or cancel the event, the refund of the registration fee will be made in the form of a COUPON that can be used at any time. another event organized by the SPAIN BJJ TOUR.

To cancel and receive a refund, the athlete must do so from their profile by canceling registration.

Refunds take between 5 to 10 business days depending on each card.

WEIGHING RULES

1- The participant who does not appear at the time stipulated for weighing will be disqualified.

2- The participant can appear to weigh in at any of the available times, it will not be necessary to weigh in twice.

3- It will not be allowed to weigh in moments before the fight, we remember that weighing can only be done before the start of the competition.

3- The participant must appear for the weigh-in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt or tracksuit.

4- To identify yourself it is necessary to carry an official document with a photo: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT.

5- The official weight measurements for this event are in KILOGRAMS and it is the same weight for both modalities, both with Kimono (GI) and without kimono (NO-GI).

LIMITED PLACES

• If the maximum athlete limit for this event is reached before the registration deadline, the organization reserves the right to close registration before the indicated deadline.
