Participation is allowed only for:
- Estonian citizens
- Holders of official Estonian Foreigners Passport ("grey passport")
- Foreigners from outside EU with official permanent residence permit.
- EU citizens with equivalent to allowance of permanent stay (minimum of 2 years continuous registered stay in Estonia).

The participation fee is 30€ until 31.08.2026, 40€ from 1.09.2026 until 31.10.2026, and 50€ from 01.11.2026. Registration closes on Sunday 15.11.2026 at 23.59, and there is no on-site registration.
When is a competitor considered registered?
A competitor is considered registered only after the participation fee has been paid. For discounted registration, the bank transfer must arrive before the relevant deadline.
What are the weight categories?
Men’s categories are -60kg, -65kg, -70kg, -76kg, -83kg, -91kg, -100kg, and 100+kg. Women’s categories are -55kg, -60kg, -65kg, -70kg, and 70+kg.
Is there an absolute division?
Yes. The open weight participation fee is 5€, and registration for the absolute category is not available on-site.
What skill levels are offered?
There is one skill level category.
