The referee will do their best to 8 count and coach you to intelligent defence. This is a tournamnet to develop fighting skills without racking up fight records for novice competitors 0-6 fights and more experienced competitors with 6-12 fights. The room is kept quiet so you can hear your coaches. And information and coaching is shared freely.
There will only be refunds if we cant match you within 6 fights and 4 kg. It is same day weigh in. Weigh available at between 1000-1130. Do not cut water weight at all. We want every body healthy if it is a short day there may be opportunitues for extra matches.
The spirit of this tournament is to help each other develop with hard competitive rounds at fight speed and intensity. The long breaks and coaching during 8 counts allow martial artists the time to learn to make adjustments.
$10 Spectator fee.
Full safety gear is provided for all matches and must be worn.
