Judo Danmark (The Danish Judo Federation), supported by Tokai University in Tokyo, Japan and the European Centre at Vedbæk, Denmark is happy to invite you to participate in the Danish Open Cup and Camp 2026.

Registration to the Danish Cup and Camp is only possible at the entries here on Smoothcomp and a profile for each Athlete is required to do so.

Normal registration deadline is 03.02.2026
Late registration deadline is 06.02.2026
Registration deadline for Team competition is 06.02.2026
Registration deadline for open weight class is 21.02.2026 (1 hour before start)
Last chance to edit entry is 06.02.2026
Cancellation before 03.02.2026 pays out 80% refund.
Cancellation after 03.02.2026 pays out no refund.
All categories: 400,00 DKK
Registration for second category and open: 150,00 DKK
Camp: 200,00 DKK
Mixed Teams Senior: 100,00 DKK
Please note! There will be an extra fee of 100,00 DKK for late registrations (4. - 6. February)
Coach entry: 0,00 kr.
REGISTRATION FOR SECOND CATEGORY:
U15 can double entry in U18.
U18 can double entry in U21 or Senior.
U21 can double entry in Senior.
It is not possible for Seniors to register for double entry.
MIXED TEAMS COMPETITION:
1. Each Country or Academy can participate with a mixed senior team.
2. The mixed team must consist of 3 male and 3 female players.
3. Athlete's with 2. kyu or higher can participate
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Athlete's from all nationalities, are allowed to enroll in the Danish Open Competition.
2. Danish Athlete's are required to hold valid DJU license. Valid license will be checked.
3. Minimum grades for Senior mixed Teams are 2.kyu.
4. White and blue judogi is mandatory for all categories except for Juveniles - U15. Important note: The measurements of the judogi specified in the IJF Judogi rules 2025 apply at the Danish Open Cup 2026. You can see the rules in Appendix C here:

5. Backnumber is not mandatory for the participants, but if it is worn, the correct Country and Name on the Backnumber is required. The Backnumber is also required to be whole.
6. Minimum age for all athletes are 12 years (born 2014 or older), for participating at Danish Open Cup and Camp 2026. No exceptions are made. However, we urge all Juvenile's - U15 to participate, regardless the level or grade of the Athlete.
INFO:
Juveniles - U15 and Juniors - U21 can weigh in Friday, as well as Saturday.
Cadets - U18 and Seniors can only weigh in Friday.
Athletes with double entry, only needs to weigh in Friday. Be sure to advice the official worker at weigh in, when you have double entry, to make sure your weight will be registered for both entries.
After the Cup, we invite you all to participate in the Camp. Please make your registration in the Camp entry here in this Smoothcomp event. Registration at the entry is required for participation in the Camp.

Remember there's a late registration fee of 100 DKK, if you register after February the 3rd.
TRANSPORTATION:
At the event location, you will find plenty of parking options which are free of charge.
If you travel by plane, we will recommend that you use the app "Rejseplanen" to find the best connections for the public transport. You can also find it online at the web:
There is no arranged Transportation from the Airport, Train station etc. to the Danish Open Event or the Hotel.
