Tournament will be at Fox High School on Sept 20, 2025.
Weigh-ins, Gi and No-Gi (weigh-in with uniform) will take place on Saturday, April 5th. Adult weigh-ins start at 0830 and end at 0900. Kids and teens weigh-ins will start at 1130 and end at 1200 (can also weigh-in from 0830-0900 if present).
Adult Competition is scheduled from 0930-1200 and will start with the Gi followed by NoGi.
Kids and Teens Competition is scheduled form 1230-1600 and will start with the Gi followed by NoGi.
Awards will be continuous throughout the tournament, Athletes will be awarded a Gold, Silver and Bronze event Medal, respectively for placing 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Overall Academy Trophies (Adult and kids) will be presented at the closing ceremony at the conclusion of the competition.

**ALL Members must be registered under the same Academy, Same day team/affiliation changes will not be made.**
All Rules are as per IBJJF. NO advantages for Kids, Teens. If a bracket is combined, in an effort to provide adequate matches, the rules for the higher ranking belt will apply.
Spectators' entry fee will be $10, if you pre-pay through Smoothcomp before late registration ends on December 11th. Spectators' entry fee at the door on the day of the tournament will be $15. All spectators 7 years and older will require an entry fee.
CHARITY OF CHOICE: Ronin Foundation and CXBJJ Championships LLC have come together in partnership to further help provide therapeutic relief to active duty Military members through Jiu-Jitsu. Ronin Foundation is a non-profit foundation that provides scholarships to military active duty members to train Jiu-Jitsu at approved training facilities; CXBJJ Championships LLC is committed to help in this process.
COMPETITOR LISTS: Competitor Lists will be LIVE throughout the registration process and can be viewed by checking out the registrations tab on the event page. We encourage everyone to login by the last day of registration and check their details along with the competitor lists, and not wait until the brackets are published and locked in to confirm such details.
SCHEDULE AND TIMES: Events dates are subject to change depending on the minimum number of registered athletes to successfully host the competition, Inclement weather and local emergency mandates. All athletes will receive full credit for the next event, refunds will only be provided to the athletes that registered during the early registration process and does not have a competitor in his or her division.
CHANGING DIVISIONS: Before registration closes, all competitors (or coaches, parents) have until 5PM the day before to make any changes to their registrations. You can make these changes by logging into your account and modifying your registration details. After this change deadline, the registration will become locked in, and there will be no further changes allowed. Competitors who are alone in their division should choose to either self-move themselves up a division or cancel their registration for a full credit for next event.
