The gates open at 8:15 am, and the tournament begins at 9:00 am. A detailed event schedule will be released a few days prior to the tournament.

- Registration closes at 11:59 pm Saturday, November 8th, 2025.
- The deadline for division corrections is 11:59 pm Sunday, November 9th, 2025.
- The tournament bracket and official schedule will be published on Thursday, November 13th, 2025.
- Tickets online are available until Saturday, November 8th, 2025.
