The gates open at 8:15 am, and the tournament begins at 9:00 am. A detailed event schedule will be released a few days prior to the tournament.

Spectator Fee: $20.00 (USD) at the door. Online: progressive discount: 1 ticket 10% OFF, 2 tickets 20% OFF, 3 tickets 30% OFF. Registrations for athletes under 16 years old include one complimentary spectator ticket.

The deadline for division corrections is 11:59pm Sunday, August 17th, 2025.
The tournament bracket and official schedule will be published at Thursday, August 21st, 2025.
