Description

MFL presents COMMON GROUNDS a two-day celebration of combat sports and community, happening on 12–13 December 2026 at LaLaport.

Bringing the action into two arenas, COMMON GROUNDS features a boxing ring for MFL’s striking bouts and a Karate Combat-style pit dedicated to grappling matches powered by MGL and KLJJA. Both arenas run simultaneously, giving fans two days of stand-up exchanges, technical ground battles, and new talent to get behind.

Built around a sports festival atmosphere, COMMON GROUNDS brings fighters, gyms, fans, and curious newcomers together to experience different sides of combat sports in one place. Whether you’re there to support your team, discover the sport, or spend the weekend watching live fights, there’s a place for you.

For the athletes, it’s a platform to test their skills, represent their gyms, and make their mark. For the crowd, it’s a chance to get close to the action and connect with the community driving Malaysia’s combat sports scene forward.

Two days. Two arenas. One common ground.
