What are the registration deadlines and fees?
Early Bird Registration is until 26 Jul (00:00) and costs 75$, with an additional division at $35 + tax. Normal Registration is 26 Jul – Aug 15th (23:59) and costs 90$, with an additional division at $40 + tax. Late Registration is until 28 August (23:59) and costs 110$, with an additional division at $45 + tax.
What is the tournament format?
The tournament format is double elimination.
What is the estimated schedule?
Kids are scheduled for the morning and adults for the afternoon. The detailed schedule will be released one day prior.
How much is spectator entrance?
Spectator entrance is $20 at the door, cash only. Kids under 12 are free.
What are the refund and change deadlines?
The refund deadline is August 15th. The change deadline is August 28th.
Is there a food bank donation request?
Visitors are asked to bring 1 kg of non-perishable food to support the Local Food Bank.
