Please note that divisions may be moved to available mats if a mat finishes ahead of schedule. Match times are subject to change, so please arrive early as your division may begin ahead of schedule.

⚖️ Weigh-In

Weigh-ins take place 15–30 minutes before your first match, once your name appears on the competition monitor.

Athletes must weigh in wearing their full competition uniform.

Kids & Juveniles (Gi)

• Early Bird: 300 SEK
• Regular Registration: 400 SEK
• Late Registration: 500 SEK

Kids & Juveniles (No-Gi)

• Early Bird: 300 SEK
• Regular Registration: 400 SEK
• Late Registration: 500 SEK

Kids & Juveniles (Gi + No-Gi)

• Early Bird: 500 SEK
• Regular Registration: 600 SEK
• Late Registration: 800 SEK

Adults & Masters (Gi)

• Early Bird: 400 SEK
• Regular Registration: 500 SEK
• Late Registration: 700 SEK

Adults & Masters (No-Gi)

🎟 Entrance Fee

120 SEK

Children under 12 years old enter free.

Each competing child includes one free adult entry.

Each team receives up to three coaches with free entry.

Payment is made at the entrance.

🔄 Refund Policy

A full refund is available if the registration is cancelled before Wednesday, June 2, 2027, at 12:00 PM, directly through Smoothcomp.

Changes to Weight Class

Weight class changes can be made directly on Smoothcomp until Sunday, May 30, 2027, at 23:59.

After this deadline, requests must be sent by email to bjjnation@mmacenter.se no later than Wednesday, June 2, 2027, at 12:00 PM.

🏅 Medals

Kids

Medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place in every division.

Juveniles, Adults & Masters

Medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in all divisions and Open Classes.

👥 Juveniles Competing in Adult Divisions

Juveniles aged 16–17 may compete in the Adult division.

A signed guardian consent form is required and may be uploaded during registration or emailed to bjjnation@mmacenter.se.

🔄 Division Merging Guidelines

Kids

Weight classes may be merged within the same age and belt level whenever possible.

Belt divisions may be merged within the same age group.

Weight classes may be adjusted while maintaining the same belt level.

If necessary, age groups or belt levels may be merged or cancelled with a full refund.

If no suitable match can be created, the registration fee will be refunded.

Adults & Masters

A minimum of two athletes is required to form a division.

Weight classes may be merged within the same age category.

Age categories may also be merged when necessary (Master 3 → Master 2 → Master 1 → Adult).

If no suitable division can be created, the class will be cancelled and refunded.

Always check the published brackets. If you have been moved to a division you cannot accept, you may withdraw according to the normal refund policy.

🏆 Additional Information

Divisions are primarily merged based on weight, and secondarily on age.

Kids may also be grouped by belt level when necessary.

We aim for at least three athletes per division, although in some cases divisions with two competitors may be approved.
