⏰ Competition Schedule

• Doors open at 08:30

• Weigh-ins begin at 08:30 (only for athletes appearing on the competition monitor)

• First matches start at 09:00

• Competition continues until all divisions have finished.

Important

Kids divisions often move faster than expected. Athletes are responsible for arriving at the warm-up area well before their scheduled match.

Failure to be present when called may result in disqualification.

⚖️ Weigh-In Procedure

Athletes must weigh in 15–30 minutes before their first match when their division appears on the competition monitor.

Gi Divisions

Athletes must weigh in wearing their complete competition gi.

NoGi Divisions

Athletes must weigh in wearing their official NoGi competition uniform.

Failure to make weight will result in disqualification.

👨‍🏫 Coaches

All coaches must be 18+ and apply be for an individual coach pass for free entry. Free Coach Registration Policy: 1–15 students – up to 2 free coaches; 16–40 students – up to 4 free coaches; 41+ students – up to 6 free coaches.ach academy may register up to 3 coaches.

Coach registration must be completed through Smoothcomp before the event.

⏱ Match Duration

🔀 Division Merging Policy

To maximize participation and provide meaningful matches, divisions may be combined whenever necessary.

Priority for merging divisions:

1. Weight
2. Age
3. Belt Rank

Whenever possible we aim for three or more athletes per division, although divisions with two competitors may occasionally be necessary.

💳 Registration Fees

Gi Division

Early Bird — 250 SEK

Regular Registration — 350 SEK

Late Registration — 500 SEK

NoGi Division

Early Bird — 250 SEK

Regular Registration — 350 SEK

Late Registration — 500 SEK

Gi + NoGi

Early Bird — 400 SEK

Regular Registration — 600 SEK

Late Registration — 800 SEK

🎟 Spectator Information

Spectator Ticket — 100 SEK

Children under 12 years — Free

Registered Coaches — Free

One accompanying family member per athlete — Free

🔁 Refund Policy

A 100% refund is available for cancellations made through Smoothcomp until:

Wednesday, 16 September 2026 — 23:59

After this deadline, registration fees are non-refundable.

📝 Registration Changes

The deadline for changing weight class or correcting registration information is:

Wednesday, 16 September 2026 — 23:59

No changes will be accepted after this deadline.
