This year, we’re taking things a step further. Over six structured days, we bring together both gi and no-gi in a camp designed for those who value serious time on the mats.

You can expect:

🔥 High intensity training (for those who want it)
🧠 More technical detail and refinement
🤝 A focused group with a strong training culture

You’ll be training with some of Europe’s most respected practitioners at Stark Jiu-Jitsu in central Stockholm Sweden’s best academy five years running 🏆

This is more than a camp, it’s a full week built around training, connection, and community.

🥋 Leo Vieira a pioneer of modern Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and founder of Checkmat. Known for dynamic style, sharp technique, and decades at the highest level.

🥇 Ffion Davies x2 World IBJJF champion gi x4 No Gi World Champion ADCC world champion. Known for an aggressive, submission-heavy style and elite fundamentals.

🧠 Tarik Hopstock a World champion with a creative, analytical approach. Makes complex systems simple and effective.

🚀 Santeri Lilius ADCC Trials winner and rising European standout with a sharp, modern grappling style.

Weekend pass 1600 - day pass 700 - one class 500 (drop-in, day and weekend passes available on-site)

Full Camp Pass3200 SEK
The Full Camp Pass gives you complete access to Best Practice 11, including all six days of training with both gi and no-gi sessions. You’ll be able to attend every scheduled class, learn from all invited instructors, and take part in the Sunday open mat.
