BEEF: Let's Settle It 2026 | by Carpe Diem BJJ Jakarta

Bringing together athletes from different academies, styles, and competitive backgrounds, BEEF is designed to spotlight the kind of matches the community wants to see technical battles, stylistic clashes, friendly rivalries, and unfinished business waiting to be settled on the mats.

This is not a traditional bracket tournament.

There are no divisions to navigate and no tournament pathways to follow. Every match is carefully selected to create a card filled with competitive, high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and memorable moments.

No brackets. No divisions. No easy matches. Just battles worth watching.

EVENT FORMAT

- Kids Showcase Matches

09:00 – 10:30

Kids matches are exclusively reserved for Carpe Diem BJJ Jakarta students.

- Adult Invitational Superfights

11:00 – 15:00

• Approximately 10 curated superfights
• Potential surprise matchup announcement
• IBJJF Ruleset
• Single competition area

ATHLETE SELECTION

- Kids Division

Participation in the Kids Showcase Matches is limited to athletes from Carpe Diem BJJ Jakarta.

- Adult Division

BEEF is an invitational event.

Athletes may:

• Receive a direct invitation from the organizing team
• Submit an application through Smoothcomp

Please note:

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation.

All athletes will be reviewed and selected based on:

• Experience level
• Matchup suitability
• Competitiveness
• Entertainment value
• Event card balance

Our goal is to build the strongest and most exciting match card possible.

Selected athletes will be contacted directly by the organizing team.

The event will be livestreamed and documented for social media and community coverage, allowing athletes, teams, and supporters to follow the action beyond the venue.
