• Late Registration (August 31th - 8th September):

• Kids & Juveniles: 400 SEK

🔄 REFUNDS

• 100% Refund: Until 8th of September, 23:59

• 50% Refund: 9-10th September 

• No Refunds: After 10th of September, except in cases of external factors beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions).

Weigh-ins will occur just before your first match:

• Interim belts permitted as per BJJ-association guidelines. (The BJJ-association says that it is up to the instructor to award an interim belt. However, the association points out that a person who wears a black belt in judo, or those who have competed at the Swedish Championships in wrestling or SW, or those who have competed at national level or higher in another country in either wrestling, SW or another similar sport such as Sambo or have competed professionally in MMA may not compete in white belt class in any BJJ or Nogi competition.)

🥋 DIVISION COMBINATIONS

• Mixed weight classes weigh in at the highest weight registered in the group.

🏆 PRIZES

•All winners from the open class divisions will be awarded a gift card from Progress with the value of 300kr. At least one match needs to take place in order for the gift card to be handed out. 

• The winners of the open class will also be awarded with a free registration fee for our next event. This also means that the winners of the open class from BOS #21 will compete under this event for free.

•A few lucky people will be awarded with a professional highlight video, filmed and edited by Jack Reeves.

🎟 ADDITIONAL INFO

• Fight schedule & brackets: Published 2 days before the event at 20:00.

• Amount of mats will depend on amount of registrations

• Warm-up space available.

• Double elimination format for kids brackets with 5 or more participants, if there are less then five, a round robin bracket will occur. Best of three for 2-player divisions.

• Kids up to nine years old are allowed to have ONE parent follow them to their mat as support. No coaching from the sides of the mats are allowed.

🍴 FACILITIES

• On-site  & cafĂ© with lunch, coffee, and snacks.

Coaches:

• We allow three coaches per team. If your team have more than 20 kids fighting, we will allow one more coach for every 10 additional kids. 

• Register yourself as coach before the registration time ends!
