Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
To compete in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu event at the Australian Masters Games, you must complete two registrations (listed below). Both registrations are required to participate.

The BJJ competition will take place on Sunday, 19 October 2025, in Canberra, ACT.
- Venue: To be confirmed closer to the event.
Event Schedule:
- Gi competition: weigh-ins begin at 9:00 AM.
- No-Gi competition: weigh-ins begin at 11:00 AM.
- Competitors doing both Gi and No-Gi can weigh in once, starting at 9:00 AM.
Competition Details:
- Divisions: White, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black Belts.
- Age groups: Masters 1 to Masters 6.
- Rules: Matches will largely follow standard international BJJ Masters rules. A detailed rulebook (including points system, legal techniques, weigh-in procedures, and match durations) is available on the Rules page.
