Registration and Competitor Lists
- Competitor Lists: Stay informed throughout the registration process! View live competitor lists on the event page's "Registrations" tab. Log in by the registration deadline to check your details and the lists. Don't wait until brackets are published.
Making Changes
- Division Changes: After registration closes, you have until 5 PM the following day to make changes to your registration (e.g., division, weight class). Log in to your account and modify your details.
- Solo Competitors: If you're the only one in your division, choose to move up a division or cancel your registration for a full credit.

Brackets, Schedule, and Weigh-ins
- Check Your Matches: Use your mobile device to check your dynamic starting time during the competition. https://support.smoothcomp.com/article/90-find-out-your-dynamic-starting-time
- Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins happen on the day of the event. You can weigh-in anytime between the event opening and 60 minutes before your division start time. You only need to weigh-in once In Nogi/casual Wear. Failure to weigh in by the deadline will result in disqualification.
Team Awards & Results
- Team Standings: Team standings, points, and medal counts are live-updated on the event page's results tab.
- Best Overall Teams: The best overall academy for adults and the best overall academy for kids & teens will receive a Trophies.
- Division Results: Division brackets and final placements are live-updated on the results tab.
