Event Information
This tournament will be held at KageFit on March 28th. Matches begin at 9:00 AM.
Weigh-ins start at 8:30 AM. All competitors must be checked in and weighed in at least one hour before their scheduled match time. If you are in the first staging group of the day, plan to arrive when doors open, check in immediately, and weigh in right after.
This is a no-gi only event and will run in a double elimination format.
Divisions will be separated by age, weight, and experience level:
- Kids Beginner: Less than 2 years total grappling experience
- Kids Intermediate: 2-4 years total grappling experience
- Kids Advanced: 4+ years total grappling experience
- Adult Beginner: White and Blue Belts
- Adult Advanced: Purple, Brown and Black Belts
Total experience includes wrestling, jiu-jitsu, judo, sambo, or other grappling arts.
Kids and adults will follow different rule modifications. Full rules and scoring details are available in the Rules tab.
Registration Pricing
- Early Registration: $75
- Late Registration: $100
- Day-Of Registration: $125
Spectators
Spectator entry is $15.
Children under 6 are admitted free.
Awards
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
A Team Award will also be presented.
Team scoring is based on:
- Kill (Choke Submission) – 6 points
- Break (Joint Lock Submission) – 3 points
- Decision – 0 points
A first-minute Kill or Break earns an additional bonus point.
