Notes:
- For children aged 4-5, 6-7, and 8-9 years, a festival system is applied (4 athletes in each bracket, two third places) – only for white belts.
- Registration to older division is possible only with written consent from both the coach and the parents.

4. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must complete mandatory registration on the website Smoothcomp.com by the specified deadline
- An athlete is considered registered only after payment confirmation.
- A portrait photo of the athlete must be uploaded for identification.
- Registration is based on the athlete's birth year, not their actual age.

5. REGISTRATION.
Terms of registration and cost:
- Early registration (September 6 - October 6 ):
13,000 tenge for one section, 25,000 tenge for two sections, 38,000 tenge for three sections
- Standard registration (October 6 to November 30 ):
18,000 tenge for one section, 35,000 tenge for two sections, 53,000 for three sections.
- Late check-in (November 30 to December 14)
25,000 tenge for one section, 48,000 tenge for two sections, 74,000 for three sections.
- After the registration is closed, athletes who did not have time to register/pay can contact the organizers. The contribution amount will be 40.000tg.

RETURNS!
After the registration is closed and on the day of weighing, the contribution is not returned!
The fee is refunded in case of injury or illness, upon provision of a certificate from a doctor.
Upon return, a commission of 2000 tenge is withheld.
After closing the registration 100% return only if the athlete is alone in the category and if it is not possible to combine with other categories. Only with independent appeal of parents/athletes/coaches. The organizers do not notify athletes in advance about the absence of rivals in the category! Please follow the registrations yourself. The fee is returned only until the end of the tournament.

6. WEIGH-IN
- Weigh-ins will be STRICTLY conducted in shorts and a T-shirt.
- Participants must have an ID (ID card, birth certificate, passport; photos and digital documents are allowed).
- Girls will weigh-in WITHOUT WAITING IN LINE.
- Weight allowance:
- 1 kg – for age categories 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11 years
- 500 g – for age categories 12-13, 14-15 years

7. PENALTIES AND RULES
- The fine for transferring to the next or a lower category (if the athlete does not meet the declared category) is 50% of the standard registration fee (8,000 KZT).
- The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. If this is not met, the divisions will be combined at the discretion of the organizers.
- Athletes who have not completed electronic registration on the website will not be allowed to participate in the competition.
- Organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for rule violations and non-compliance with the order.

8. GENERAL RULES
If an athlete fails to show up within 2 minutes, he/she loses the meet.
Responsibility for getting to the tatami on time lies with the coaches and athletes. Volunteers help the organizers, but are not responsible for tardiness.
Citizens of one country are not allowed to register under the flag of another country
Athletes with experience in other types of martial arts (more than 2-3 years), holders of sports titles in other types of martial arts. Cannot participate among white belts and beginners. When identifying/contacting other athletes/parents/coaches, the athlete will be disqualified or transferred to another belt at the discretion of the organizers.

Kimono is allowed in - Black, white, blue colors. To perform in the NO GI section - the presence of shorts is mandatory!
