🛑 IMPORTANT
- Registration is only valid after payment confirmation.
- There is a limit to the number of athletes allowed. Registrations may close earlier if the maximum capacity is reached. Unpaid entries by the deadline do not count as valid registrations.
- If paying via PIX, the athlete must upload payment confirmation at the link below within one business day. Failure to do so may result in the registration not being confirmed.
- It is the sole responsibility of the athlete to check whether their registration has been approved and marked as confirmed on the official platform.
- It is not allowed to register in divisions below your belt, age, or weight. For ADCC events, the athlete's data on the event date will be used.
- Since this is an official ADCC Brazil event, each athlete may register in only ONE main division plus the Absolute division (available for athletes aged 18 and over).

▶️ WEIGH-INS
- Official weigh-ins will take place on Friday, the day before the event, at the competition venue, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Athletes unable to attend must inform the organization in advance. No-shows without notice will be automatically disqualified.
- Brackets will be released after weigh-ins and will always be available before the event starts.

❌ CANCELLATIONS
Registrations are non-refundable. Athletes who are unable to compete may request credit for future events, as long as the request is made at least 5 days before the event. Contact our support.

▶️ FORMAT
- NO-GI (ADCC Rules and Techniques).
- Single Elimination, with matches for 3rd place (no double bronze).
- We adjust brackets or combine categories following our rulebook for athletes left alone in a division.

▶️ MATCH DURATION
- Kids: 4 minutes
- Teens: 5 minutes
- Adults: 6 minutes
- Master: 5 minutes
ABSOLUTE: There will be one male and one female absolute division, open to all belts, weights, and athletes over 18 years old. Single elimination format applies.

▶️ PROHIBITED IN ADCC
- Match closures: Teammates or friends facing each other must compete for real.
- Sandbagging: Registering below your actual belt/weight/age level is not allowed. Masters can compete in adult divisions. Violators may be punished or banned. Report suspected sandbagging to us.
- Disrespecting others: Any offensive behavior toward athletes, referees, or coaches will be penalized. Breaking these rules may lead to a ban from all ADCC events.

Note: Legal half-price tickets require proper documentation. The solidarity ticket is open to everyone with a 1 kg food donation, which will be donated to local charities.
