SCHEDULE

🛑 IMPORTANT

• Registration is only valid after payment confirmation.
• Athlete limit: registrations may close before the final date if capacity is reached. Unpaid registrations by the deadline will not count.
• PIX payment: athletes must send proof via the link below within 1 business day. Failure to do so may result in registration not being confirmed.
• Responsibility: athletes are solely responsible for verifying that their registration has been approved and confirmed on the official platform.
• Category rules: athletes cannot register below their belt rank, age, or weight. ADCC uses athlete data as of the event date.
• Refund policy: registrations are non-refundable. Competitors unable to participate may request credit for future events up to 5 days before the event.
• Credit requests: all credit requests and credit usage must be made exclusively through our official support channels (WhatsApp or email).
• Please do not cancel directly through Smoothcomp, as requests outside official channels will not be processed.
• If an athlete who is alone does not request a change before the deadline in the schedule, they will be reassigned during the bracket adjustments, and late requests will not be accepted. Athletes who do not compete in any match will not earn ranking points.
• Brackets: official brackets will be released after weigh-ins. 
• Please arrive 2 hours before your scheduled match time due to possible schedule adjustments.
• ADCC offers a free referee course on Friday to answer questions—attendance is highly recommended for all athletes.

▶️ WEIGH-IN

• Date: Friday before the event at the official gymnasium.
• Absence: must notify via ADCC website. Unnotified absence = automatic disqualification.
• ALL competitors must weigh in, even if your division does not have a weight limit.

▶️CORRECTIONS and CANCELLATIONS

▶️ PROHIBIDO EN ADCC

• Evitar combates entre compañeros de equipo o amigos en la misma llave
• Faltas de respeto a atletas, árbitros o entrenadores
• Sandbagging (inscribirse por debajo de cinturón/peso/edad). Los Masters pueden competir en categoría adulto

🚨Política de Sandbagging

Con el fin de preservar la integridad deportiva, la competitividad justa y la alineación con las normas internacionales del ADCC, se establece la siguiente Política Antisandbagging, aplicable a todos los atletas, independientemente del cinturón, la edad o el tiempo de práctica.

El atleta que obtenga 03 (tres) medallas de oro en una categoría de habilidad superior (división más avanzada) quedará definitivamente impedido de regresar a una categoría inferior, independientemente de su graduación formal (cinturón), tiempo de entrenamiento o declaración de su equipo. Para los atletas infantiles y juveniles, la regla se aplica dentro del mismo grupo etario. Así, después de la tercera medalla de oro en la división superior, el atleta deberá permanecer obligatoriamente en dicha división hasta que avance al siguiente grupo de edad.

Ejemplo: Si un atleta de 11–12 años, cinturón gris (elegible para la división “Intermedia”), obtiene tres medallas de oro en la división “Avanzada”, deberá permanecer en la división Avanzada en todas las competiciones futuras mientras esté en el grupo etario de 11–12 años, o de forma permanente en el caso de las categorías adultas.

El atleta que obtenga 05 (cinco) medallas de oro en la misma categoría de habilidad estará automáticamente obligado a ascender a la siguiente división superior, independientemente de su graduación/cinturón actual y de una eventual falta de promoción formal.

Cualquier violación puede resultar en prohibición permanente de todos los eventos ADCC.
