What are the registration prices and deadlines?
Early Bird Entry is R350 until 22 July, 11:59pm. Kids and Adult Regular Entry are R500 until 19th August - 2026 11:59pm for kids and 19th August - , 11:59pm for adults. Late Entry is R650 from 20th August to 2nd September 2026, ending at 1:59 pm for kids and 11:59 pm for adults.

What should I know when registering a competitor younger than 18?
When registering on behalf of a competitor younger than 18 years, register the competitor's name, age, and other details, not your own, as using your own details will limit the entry options available.
Are competition fees refundable?
No. There is no refund of competition fees for wrong registrations, not showing up, disqualification for overweight, not being at registration and/or weigh-in, or any other reasons.
What payment methods are listed?
Payment can be made directly into either the listed ABSA or NEDBANK bank account for BJJ Events SA. The payment reference must contain the competitor's name, and proof of payment must be mailed to admin@bjjevents.co.za with ATHLETE NAME as reference.
