- 7:00 am - Volunteer - check in
- 730 am - Competitor, Coach, Official - Check in
- 8:30 am - officials meeting, coaches meeting
- 9:00 am - tournament begins with opening remarks
- 6pm - midnight - Sayonara Dinner & social event

Eligibility
This event is run by the International Karate Organisation KyokushinKaikan - Canada (IKOK-C), led by Shihan Stuart Corrigal (Branch Chief). The IKOK-C is part of the International Karate Organisation Kyokushinkaikan (IKO) led by Kancho Shokei Matsui. competitors must be part of these organisations to compete.
