31st Blue Mountains Taekwondo Championships 2026

Dear Taekwondo Instructors/Athletes,

We are pleased to extend our invitation to you and your club to participate in the
31st Blue Mountains Taekwondo Championships at the Lithgow Civic Ballroom (same place as previous years).

This year we have added Poomsae to our event which will be held on Saturday 22nd August and Sparring will be on Sunday 23rd August 2026.

KPNP - K2 will be used for ALL Sparring Divisions with face shields for Red/Black Belt Cadet Divisions (shields will be provided).

All clubs must be reminded that the Blue Mountains Taekwondo Championships has a great reputation for having a friendly atmosphere, any clubs or club members that are abusive towards officials or other clubs will be asked to leave, as this will not be tolerated!

All athletes and coaches to register online via Smoothcomp. 

To help train Novice Coaches, we will allow Novice Coaches to coach by themselves or with an accredited coach, with only one coach to give instruction at a time.

All Novice Coaches MUST be Black Belt 15 years & over.
