LOCATION: 313 Martial Arts Centre, Northumberland Rd, London E10 7EA

TIMING: Doors Open @ 10:00AM | Event Starts @ 10:30AM
COST: £25/£35 (Early-bird/Normal registation)
REGISTRATION: Early Bird available until 20th of Sept. The last day to sign up is the 5th of Oct. This is also the final chance to change your registration details. After this date your registration is locked-in, and there will no further changes allowed.
WEIGH-IN: Takes place on the day of the event. You are required to weigh-in with your gi on. You must have weighed in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled divisions start time. There will be a slight allowance for weight (1Lb)- Failure to make weight will result in disqualifation. (No division changes can be made on the day.)
DIVISION MERGERS: After change deadline, competitors who do not have anyone in their division group may be merged with another division based on their weight, belt, or age.
If there are insufficent competitiors in your division, we will try to accomodate you by merging divisions up, to allow each competitor an opportunity to particpate in multiple matches. The only exclusion to division mergers are children aged 9+ fight in gendered divisions (Ie: Boys vs Boys / Girls vs Girls.) (Under 8s are ungendered.)
BRACKETS and SCHEDULE: 48 hours prior to the event the brackets and schedule will be released. You will then be able to locate both from this event page.
On the day: we ask that you are present atleast 45 minutes prior your division start time. This is because match times are dynamic and will likely change throughout the day depending on how earlier matches progress.

RULESET: 313 Grapplers Series follows the same ruleset as outlined in Grappling Industries events. https://grapplingindustries.com/rules/ Referee decisions are final.
FORMAT: 313 Grappler series tournaments follow Round Robin formatting. This means that competitors have the opportunity to compete in multiple matches against different opponents.
Tiebreakers are determined by victory method, so we encourage you to actively work for wins via submission. In the unlikely event that competitors are still tied, there will be a head to head fight.
COACH CHAIR and CROWD CONTROL:
We will have space for coaches on either side of score table. (One coach per competitor.) The only people allowed on the mat space during the tournament are the referee, and those competing in that match.
MEDALS:
There will be beautiful first, second, and third place solid metal medals presented to all podium finishers in each bracket.
SPECTATORS:
Given the limited space available. Spectators fee will be changed at £10 per person, payable by Cash or Card on the day.
FILMING & MEDIA:
There will be photography and videography on the day which will be used for promotional material for the gym, and for future events. In addition to this, you are welcome to record your childs matches provided that they are the main focus of any video/pictures you capture, and your filming is not disruptive.
