- Seminar will cover a dive into Olympic Sparring
The tournament will feature the following exciting events:
- Point Sparring: Controlled, point-based sparring competition.
- Olympic Sparring: Full-contact sparring in the Olympic style.
- Forms: Showcase your precision and technique with individual forms.
- Team Forms: Demonstrate synchronized forms as a team.
- Breaking: Test your power and focus with board-breaking (boards provided).
Note: Specific rules for each event will be provided closer to the tournament date. Also, for Team Forms, a leader will need to create a new team, team members must use the exact team name to be added to the team.
Competitors will be divided by:
- Gender: Male and Female
- Age Groups: Under 12, 13–17, 18 and above
- Belt Levels: White, Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, Black
These divisions apply to Point Sparring, Olympic Sparring, Forms, and Breaking.
Registration
- Competitor must register for forms before other events will be available. If you don't want to compete in forms and just other events, you will still need to register for forms and register for your desired event then forfeit forms participation day of event.
- Registration Period: August 10, 2026 – September 25, 2026 Fee: $15 per event
- Late Registration: September 26, 2026 – September 31, 2026 Fee: $20 per participant
- Breaking Event: Additional $10 fee (boards provided)
- How to Register: Register online via Smoothcomp. The registration link will be provided on our website and social channels.
- This is a fundraiser and refunds will be on exception basis.
Safety Requirements. Safety is a priority. Participants in sparring events MUST bring the following protective gear:
- Point Sparring: Head protection Hand protection Foot protection Mouthguard Cup (for men)
- Olympic Sparring: Head protection Hand protection Foot protection Mouthguard Cup (for men) Hogu (chest protection)
Awards Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each division for all events. Join us at 12:00 PM for an inspiring presentation by our special guest speaker (details to be announced).

Competitors must register for forms before other events become available. The Breaking event has an additional $10 fee, and refunds are on an exception basis because this is a fundraiser.
