WEIGH IN NOTE: Coaches may weigh their players in the Thursday prior to competition, April 9, 2026. Weights must be submitted to judoheidi@comcast.net no later than noon on Friday, April 10, 2026. All players are subject to weight verification at the tournament site on Saturday.
The published weight divisions will be modified and/or combined based on the age and weight ranges of the contestants entered.

2. REGISTRATION DATES & ENTRY FEES
A separate entry form and entry fee is required for each division entered. Competitors may enter as many divisions as they like provided they meet the eligibility requirements for that division.

Additional divisions - $20.00

Online registration by April 9, 2026
First kata - $45.00 per team
Additional kata - $20.00 per team
3. WALK UP REGISTRATION AND WEIGH-IN
Due to Academy Policy there will be NO WALK UP REGISTRATION. All registrations must be completed by April 9. 2025
c. Coaches are asked to submit their athlete’s weights to judoheidi@comcast.net by Friday, April 10, 2026 at noon. The weights informed will be used to speed up bracketing.
According to USA Judo regulations, submission of weights does NOT exempt the athletes from weighing in at the venue, NOR does it mean the athletes are registered to compete. All athletes are subject to weight verification at the venue

Kata: 9:00am
Shiai: 10:30am
Eligibility and Insurance
Open competition for athletes ages 17 and older. Contestants from all states are welcome. All contestants must be currently registered and insurance with USA Judo (NGB, USJI) or the ATJA. Proof of membership and insurance will be verified at check in.

6. AWARDS
Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in all divisions.
Any situation not covered by the above will be decided by the Tournament Director after considering the safety of, and fairness to, all contestants.
