What are the registration fees and deadlines?
Early Bird Price until July 2nd is $80+tax for Kids and $90+tax for 16+ yrs old. Regular Price until Aug 31 is $90+tax for Kids and $105+tax for 16+ yrs old. Late Price until Sep 21 is $100+tax for Kids and $115+tax for 16+ yrs old.
How much is an extra division?
An extra division costs $40+tax during early bird registration and $50+tax after that.
What is the registration deadline?
The registration deadline is monday September 21 2026.
What are the cancellation and refund deadlines?
The last day for cancellations and full refunds is Monday September 21 2026, with no exceptions.
When are athlete corrections, schedules, and brackets due or released?
The Registration Checkday athlete correction deadline is Tuesday September 22 2026. The schedule and brackets release date is Thursday September 24 2026.
What divisions are offered by age and belt?
Divisions include U6 through Master 2 based on year of birth, with belts listed from White/Grey for younger divisions through White, Blue, Purple, Brown/Black or Black for adult and master divisions. Adult divisions are for 2008 and before, Master 1 for 1996 and before, and Master 2 for 1986 and before.
