Tournament will be GI and NOGI
Divisions will be for all ages (starting at 4 yrs old), belts and weight classes
Medals awarded to division winners in Gi and No-GI with additional Championship belt for absolute division winners. Limited edition Teddy Bear for Kids/youth gold medalists. Free swag bag for all registrants.
**Black/brown belt(or highest rank available) absolute adult and masters winners will receive a Perfect Sports product sponsorship package on top of their gold medal and championship belt.

WEIGH-INS
Weigh-in with ATTIRE ON. For Gi divisions, GI ON (belt included). For NoGI, rashguard and shorts (or legging for women).
If you are competiting in GI and NOGI, you will only need to make weigh for GI. HOWEVER, you still need to show up for weigh-ins when competing in NOGI as we need to check your attire.
1 lb allowance
Weigh-ins will take place right before each competitor’s first match or right after your division is called.
We may release night before weigh ins for kids under the age of 16. Please stay updated for this announcement.
IMPORTANT! Each competitor only gets ONE CHANCE to make weight for their division, so please double check your registration before you hit the submit button to be sure you signed up for the correct division. Also, you will have an opportunity to check your registration information on your Smoothcomp profile or competitor list.
You have until Registration Checkday (Athlete correction) deadline Tuesday April 16th to make any changes to your registration.
If you don’t make weight, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! NO EXCEPTIONS!
COMPETITORS 4 to 15 years old: NO DISQUALIFICATION. Your division will be adjusted after you weigh-ins if necessary.

MORE INFORMATION
- You must check your registration information on the competitor list before the registration check day. Make sure that all the information is correct. If there are any issues contact us immediately.
- Make sure to have a clean gi in proper condition according to OJA rules.
- The athletes must keep the kimono and belt tied to the waist at all times while in the waiting or competition area.
- Athletes MUST WEAR SHOES all the time.
- The referee makes the final decision and will not tolerate any complaints or make changes to the decision
- The athletes are not allowed to jump over the fences/barricades in the competition area.
- Make sure to get to the event at least 45 minutes prior to your bracket schedule. You should be warmed up by the time your bracket is called.
- Make sure to listen to the division calls on the PA System.
- In the bull pen area, pay attention to the ring coordinator calls. The ring coordinator will be wearing a vest with the ring number for your division.
- After the ring coordinator calls, go to the weight in area, to check weight and have your gi inspected (in gi tournaments).
- Do NOT remain in the competition area after the end of your fight. Return to the warm up area, and remain there until the ring coordinator calls you for the next round if you won your previous match.
- Be respectful to the staff, officials other athletes and coaches. In turn they will show you the same courtesy.
- Be respectful to the referees, showing consideration and appreciation for the performance of his or her duties.
- Any disputes regarding matches are to be settled by the Referee. All decision by the Referee will be final.
- Direct all questions to tournament staff at the administration table. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Please be patient with questions as there are a lot of competitors at the event. As such we remain busy throughout the day.
- Please maintain your belongings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items
