Event Information

On behalf of Australian Taekwondo Victoria, it is my pleasure and privilege to invite you and your club to participate in the 2025 Australian Taekwondo Victoria Color Belt Selection Championships. 

This competition will be held on: Sunday 16th of August 2026 at, 

State Netball & Hockey Center: 10 Brens Dr, Parkville VIC 3052

This event is aimed to allow Victorian Taekwondo Athletes to compete in a fun, safe and productive environment. The competition has three primary goals: 

• To provide competition practice for all Victorian athletes,
• To promote friendship and co-operation within the Victorian Taekwondo community,
• To provide a fun, family-oriented event catering to athletes of all levels. 

This competition is run in good faith and expects good sportsmanship and a bullying free environment.ALL Coaches, Parents, Athletes and Spectators must comply with the code of conduct (included within this tournament pack). 

To participate, competitors must register before 9th August 2026.

Please note:

Online system is automated and entries cannot be processed after this date or when the cap is reached.

We would like to once again thank all the clubs who enter their enthusiastic athletes. We also greatly appreciate the ongoing support of the Referees and Judges who officiate at these competitions and our wonderful volunteers who give up their time to ensure the smooth running of these events. Without the contributions of any of these groups, our competitions would not be a success. 

Please note. 

• All athletes must be Australian Taekwondo practitioners and hold a National Athlete License,
• It is critical that all player registrations be completed by 9th August 2026, 
• All enquiries MUST be made through coaches and instructors,
• We will not respond to any direct enquiries from parents / athletes or any Facebook messages,
• Australian Taekwondo Virtual Membership Cards must be presented at weigh in,

• Uncontested players may be matched or refunded according to the ATV’s rules, 
• Participants claiming refund requests must be submitted by club coach/head instructors via ATV Email only, players and parents emails will not be accepted.
• Some refunds may not be in full - Please read below before you register.

Eligible Competitors: To be eligible to contest at any Australian Taekwondo Championships, athletes must have at all times acted in a proper manner and not have engaged in any conduct that would bring the Taekwondo, oursport or any of our staff into disrepute or censure.

Competition Entry Fees: Selection Event $135, Winter Open $95

Registration: All competitors MUST bring their Virtual Membership ID with them to weigh in.

Spectator Prices: $10 single, $20 Family of two and children under 6; $30 whole family
