U9 = til og med det året utøver fyller 8 år
U11 = til og med det året utøver fyller 10 år
U13 = til og med det året utøver fyller 12 år
Parajudo = Utøver med funksjonsnedsettelse

Minimum gult belte.
Alder mellom 6 og 12 år.

OM JUBAPOOL
Juba-Pool er en serie med barnekonkurranser som arrangeres 4 ganger pr år. Dette er en barnekonkurranse som er laget for alle, også utøvere med liten/ingen kamperfaring. Alle får medalje.
PULJEVIS START
Det er puljevis start for gruppene, slik at utøver (og foreldre) slipper å være i hallen hele dagen. Så husk å sjekke når DIN pulje skal starte og MØT I GOD TID. Kommer dere for sent til registrering er det store fare for at dere ikke får delta dessverre.

KANSELLERING/REFUSJON
Utøver kan selv kansellere og få refundert 80% av startavgiften inntil 7 dager for konkurransen. Kansellering siste uken blir dessverre ikke refundert.
POKALJAKT!!
Det arrangeres 4 JubaPool i løpet av året. De som deltar på minst 3 JubaPool i løpet av et kalenderår, får pokal. Pokalen deles ut under årets siste JubaPool (nov/des), så de som skal ha pokal må stille opp der. VIKTIG: Utøver må ha 1 profil som brukes gjennom hele sesongen. Smoothcomp gir 10p pr gjennomførte JubaPool. De som har 30p (eller mer) mottar pokal.
DOBLING AV ALDERSGRUPPE
Dette er KUN for de aller ivrigste konkurranseutøverne. Vi tillater dobling i aldersgruppe under følgende forutsetninger:
1) Det er under 200 påmeldt til JubaPool
2) Lagleder godkjenner og melder på
Påmelding til ekstra aldersgruppe gjøres kun på selve kampdagen, etter at utøver har gjennomført egen aldersgruppe.
LAGLEDERE
Vi ønsker at lagledere registrerer seg (gratis selvsagt), slik at vi har kontaktpunkt til de forskjellige klubbene.
KIOSK
Mat og drikke kan kjøpes i hallen. Betaling med kort eller VIPPS.

Smoothcomp er en gullgruve på selve kampdagen. Her finner du ALL informasjon du har behov for. Eks hvem du skal møte, hvilken matte du skal konkurrere på og ca tid for dette.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can participate in 2026 - JubaPool 3?
Participants must be between 6 and 12 years old and have at least a yellow belt. Parajudo is for athletes with disabilities.
What do the age groups mean?
U9 is up to and including the year the athlete turns 8. U11 is up to and including the year the athlete turns 10, and U13 is up to and including the year the athlete turns 12.
How does the pool start work?
Groups start by pool so athletes and parents do not need to stay in the hall all day. Check the schedule in the separate tab, arrive in good time, and note that arriving late for registration may mean the athlete cannot participate.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
An athlete can cancel and receive an 80% refund of the entry fee until 7 days before the competition. Cancellations during the final week are not refunded.
Can an athlete compete in an additional age group?
Doubling in age group is only allowed for the most eager competitors if fewer than 200 are registered and the team leader approves and registers the athlete. Registration for the extra age group is only done on competition day after the athlete has completed their own age group.
Do all participants receive an award?
Yes. The description states that everyone receives a medal.
How does the JubaPool trophy system work?
There are 4 JubaPool events during the year. Athletes who participate in at least 3 JubaPool events in a calendar year receive a trophy at the final JubaPool of the year, and must attend that event to receive it.
Should team leaders register?
Yes. Team leaders are asked to register for free so the organizer has a contact point for the different clubs.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Food and drinks can be bought in the hall, with payment by card or VIPPS.
Where can competitors find match-day information?
Smoothcomp provides match-day information such as who the athlete will meet, which mat they will compete on, and the approximate time.
