REGISTRATION
For smooth running on comp day there will be no extension of registration dates. Registration period may be closed early should a maximum number of entries be reached, so don't leave your registration until the last minute.
Athletes competition fee are non refundable.
WEIGH-INS
GI and NOGI TOURNAMENT ADULTS - JUVENILE - KIDS
Before his/her first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight with the NoGi and GI uniform. There is only one opportunity to check the weight. If the competitor does not make his/her weight, they will be immediately disqualified. Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You can not change divisions, if you do not make your designated division. No changes will be accepted in the tournament day, no refund.

All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the NoGi and GI uniform.
DIVISIONS
To ensure that all get a match we may need to make mixed brackets that combine ages or weights. We make every effort to match divisions as close as possible to their registered weight and age.
Bronze medal will be awarded for who loses in the semifinal, two 3rd places, two bronze medals will be awarded.
SPECTATORS
All spectators under 12 years (with identification) Free
One parent or coach can enter free for every junior competitor that is 12 years old or younger.
All other spectators $18 per day.
AFBJJ/IBJJF black belts (proof ID must be shown at entrance) can enter free - no other coaches can enter free.
