Regulations (English):
I. OBJECTIVE AND TASKS
To promote Grappling and to improve athletes skills.
II. PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition takes place on 6 December 2025 at 11:00 in Kudirkos str. 64, Å akiai, Lithuania.
Arrival of participants, registration – weight – in 6 December between 9:00 and 10:00.
Athletes must present a valid identity document.
The competition begins at 11.00.
III. PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAMME OF THE COMPETITION
Competition is personal the number of participants is unlimited.
IV. HOLDING THE COMPETITION
The judge panel approved by LGF holds the competition.

VI. AWARDS
The winners and the prize winners will be awarded with medals. Absolute champions – belts.
VII. CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
Participant fee for one discipline:
Normal registration until November 24 - 20 euros.
Late registration from November 25 to December 4 - 30 euros
Registration shall be approved upon payment of the fee.
BEGINNERS athletes who have - BJJ white belt; Judo - white to green belt; IGF - white to green belt; or athletes who have been practicing any wrestling sport for not more than 2 years!
Travel expenses for athletes and coaches shall be paid by the sending organization.
Sending organization and coach are responsible for competition participants’ health and security.
We recommend having a health insurance for participants of the competition.
VIII. REGISTRATION
The number of participants is unlimited.
Registration through www.smoothcomp.com until 4 December 2025 at 23.59 h
Athletes who have not registered in advance and/or paid the participation fee will not be registered for the competition on the day of the competition.
If during the weigh-in the athlete exceeds the weight in which he registered for the competition, he will be promoted to a higher weight category only after paying an additional fee of 10 euros, otherwise a defeat will be counted!
The paid participation fee is non-refundable.
Note: if only one, two participant registers in a weight-category, they are moved one weight category up.

II. VARŽYBU VYKDYMO VIETA IR LAIKAS
Varžybos vyks 2025 m. gruodžio 6 d. 11 val. Kudirkos g. 64, Šakiai, Lietuva
Dalyviu sverimas prasideda nuo 9.00 val. iki 10.00 val.
Sportininkai privalo pateikti galiojanti asmens dokumenta.
Pasibaigus sverimo laikui, dalyviai registruojami nebus!
Visi sportininkai privalo dalyvauti varžybu atidarymo ceremonijoje!
Varžybu pradžia 11.00 val.
III. VARŽYBU DALYVIAI IR PROGRAMA
Varžybos asmenines dalyviu skaicius neribojamas.
IV. VARŽYBU VADOVAVIMAS
Varžyboms vadovauja LGF patvirtinta teiseju kolegija.
V. TAISYKLES

VI. APDOVANOJIMAS
Asmeniniu varžybu nugaletojai ir prizininkai apdovanojami atitinkamo laipsnio medaliais. Absoliutus nugaletojai diržais.
VII. PRIEMIMO SALYGOS
Dalyvio mokestis vienai disciplinai :
Normali registracija iki lapkricio 24 d. - 20 euru.
Velyva registracija nuo lapkricio 25 iki gruodžio 4 d. – 30 euru.
Dalyvavimas patvirtinamas tik sumokejus registracijos mokesti.
Mokestis mokamas registracijos sistemoje ( https://smoothcomp.com ) kreditine kortele arba i Lietuvos graplingo federacijos banko saskaita: Bankas: Luminor Bank AS; Banko saskaita: LT264010051001970289; SWIFT: AGBLLT2X
(Paskirtyje rašome: Dalyvio mokestis, disciplina (Gi; NoGi ), dalyvio vardas ir pavarde).
Keliones išlaidas sportininkams, treneriams apmoka komandiruojanti organizacija.
Už varžybu dalyviu sveikata ir sauguma atsako komandiruojanti organizacija ir treneris.
Rekomenduojame varžybu dalyviams tureti sveikatos draudima.
VII. REGISTRACIJA
Dalyviu skaicius neribojamas. Registracija www.smoothcomp.com iki 2025 m. gruodžio men. 4 d. 23.59 val. Lietuvos laiku
Sportininkai neužsiregistrave iš anksto ir/ar nesumokeje dalyvio mokescio, varžybu diena i varžybas nebus registruojami.
PRADEDANTIEJI, kurie turi – BJJ balta; Dziudo – nuo balto iki žalio diržo; IGF nuo balto iki žalio diržo; arba sportininkai, kurie sportuoja bet kuria imtyniu sporto šaka ne daugiau kaip 2 metus !
Jeigu sportininkas sverimo metu viršija svori, kuriame registravosi i varžybas, i aukštesne svorio kategorija bus keliamas tik sumokejes 10-ies euru papildoma mokesti, priešingu atveju bus užskaitytas pralaimejimas!
Sumoketas dalyvio mokestis negražinamas.
Pastaba: jei svorio kategorijoje užsiregistruoja vienas ar du dalyviai jie gali buti perkeliami i aukštesne svorio kategorija.
