Regulations (English):
I. OBJECTIVE AND TASKS
To promote grappling and to improve athletes skills.
II. PLACE AND TIME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition takes place on 15 November 2025 at 11:00 in Vilniaus str. 297, Siauliai, Lithuania.
Arrival of participants, registration – weight – in 15 November 2025 between 9:00 and 10:00.
After the weighing time, the participants will not be weighed!
Athletes must present a valid identity document.
The competition begins at 11.00.
III. PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAMME OF THE COMPETITION
Competitions are individual and teams , the number of participants is unlimited

VI. AWARDS
The winners and the prize winners will be awarded with medals.
Winners and prize-winners of individual competitions are awarded with medals of the appropriate degree. Absolute winners - belts.
VII. CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
Participant fee for one discipline:
Normal registration until November 2 - 40 euros.
Late registration from November 3 to 13 - 50 euros.

(In the designation we write: Participant fee, discipline (Gi ; NoGi ) participant's name and surname)
Travel expenses for athletes and coaches shall be paid by the sending organization.
Sending organization and coach are responsible for competition participants’ health and security.
We recommend having a health insurance for participants of the competition.
Registration shall be approved upon payment of the fee.
BEGINNERS athletes who have - BJJ white belt; Judo - white to green belt; IGF - white to green belt or athletes who have been practicing any wrestling sport for not more than 2 years!
VIII. REGISTRATION
The number of participants is unlimited.
Registration www.smoothcomp.com until 13 November 2025 at 24.00 h (Time of Lithuania)
Athletes who have not registered in advance and/or paid the participation fee will not be registered for the competition on the day of the competition.
If during the weigh-in the athlete exceeds the weight in which he registered for the competition, he will be promoted to a higher weight category only after paying an additional fee of 10 euros, otherwise a defeat will be counted!
The paid participation fee is non-refundable

II. VARŽYBU VYKDYMO VIETA IR LAIKAS
Varžybos vyks 2025 m. lapkricio 15 d. Šiauliu sporto gimnazijos Arenoje ( Vilniaus g. 297, Šiauliai )
Dalyviu sverimas nuo 9.00 iki 10.00 val. (Turi pateikti oficialu asmens dokumenta).
Pasibaigus sverimo laikui, dalyviai sveriami nebus!
Varžybu pradžia 11.00 val.
Visi sportininkai privalo dalyvauti varžybu atidarymo ceremonijoje!
III. VARŽYBU DALYVIAI IR PROGRAMA
Varžybos asmenines ir komandines, dalyviu skaicius neribojamas.

Asmeniniu varžybu nugaletojai ir prizininkai apdovanojami atitinkamo laipsnio medaliais. Absoliucios kategorijos nugaletojai - cempionu diržais
VII. PRIEMIMO SALYGOS
Dalyvio mokestis vienai disciplinai :
normali registracija iki lapkricio 2 d. 40 euru.
velyva registracija nuo lapkricio 3 iki 13 d. - 50 euru.

(Paskirtyje rašome: Dalyvio mokestis, disciplina (Gi; NoGi ), dalyvio vardas ir pavarde).
Keliones išlaidas sportininkams, treneriams apmoka komandiruojanti organizacija.
Už varžybu dalyviu sveikata ir sauguma atsako komandiruojanti organizacija ir treneris.
Rekomenduojame varžybu dalyviams tureti sveikatos draudima.
VIII. REGISTRACIJA
Dalyviu skaicius neribojamas. Registracija https://smoothcomp.com iki 2025 m. lapkricio men. 13 d. 24.00 val.
Sportininkai neužsiregistrave iš anksto ir/ar nesumokeje dalyvio mokescio, varžybu diena i varžybas nebus registruojami.
Jeigu sportininkas sverimo metu viršija svori, kuriame registravosi i varžybas, i aukštesne svorio kategorija bus keliamas tik sumokejes 10-ies euru papildoma mokesti, priešingu atveju bus užskaitytas pralaimejimas!
Sumoketas dalyvio mokestis negražinamas.

PRADEDANTIEJI, kurie turi – BJJ balta; Dziudo – nuo balto iki žalio diržo; IGF nuo balto iki žalio diržo; arba sportininkai, kurie sportuoja bet kuria imtyniu sporto šaka ne daugiau kaip 2 metus !
