ONLY TWO ATHLETES FROM THE SAME TEAM CAN BE IN THE SAME DIVISION
DIVISION CHANGES
In the interest of fair play, honesty and integrity of the sport, WE REQUEST all athletes disclose all experience when registering, as well as after registering for the 2025 CMTO tournament. Division changes due to changes in fight experience are FREE.
Changes in weight classes are FREE until July 21st. After July 21st, all weight division changes are a $40 fee, which must be paid before weight class changes are submitted. Weight division changes at registration day are a $60 fee. YOU CAN ONLY TRANSFER INTO A BRACKET THAT HAS OPENINGS. If the bracket is full, and you cannot make weight in your previously registered bracket, you will be disqualified without refund.
Withdraw/ Injuries
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
Withdrawing from the 2025 CMTO tournament is voluntary, we are not responsible for circumstances on your behalf.
Refund will only be issued, if you are the only athlete in your division and we cannot find another match up for you. Refunds will not be issued for injuries or other circumstances.
We ask that all athletes contact us if they are not attending. Athletes in smaller divisions may need time to be moved if they are left without an opponent.
