Among children 4-5, 6-7, 8-9 years old there will be festival system (4 athletes in each grid, two third places) only among white belts.- It is allowed to register for the older age only with a receipt from the coach and parents.

4. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

- Participants must complete the mandatory registration on Smoothcomp.com by the specified deadline.

- The athlete is considered registered only after confirmation of payment.

- A portrait photo must be uploaded in the athlete's profile for identification.

- The athlete's registration is based on the year of birth, not the actual age.

5. REGISTRATION.

Mandatory registration on the website: Smoothcomp . com before the named deadline.

The athlete is considered registered only after payment of the registration fee.

Registration is considered completed only on the day of payment.

- Early registration - from 13 june - 5 jule - 13,000tg (for one section) Two sections - 25,000tg (-10% discount)

- Standard registration - from 6 jule - 3 august - 18.000tg (for one section) Two sections - 35.000tg (-10% discount)

- Late registration - from 4 august - 12 august - 25.000tg (for one section)Two sections - 48.000tg (-10% discount).

- If you have specified the data during payment, you do not need to send a check.

- After the closing of registration athletes who have not had time to register/pay can contact the organizers. The amount of the fee will be 25.000tg.

- After the closing of registration the registration fee will not be refunded. Also the return is not carried out on the day of weigh-in, the commission of 2000tg will be withheld.

- The fee is refunded in case of injury or illness, upon providing a doctor's certificate.

6. WEIGHING

Weighing of athletes is held STRICTLY in shorts and T-shirt.

Have a document (ID card, birth certificate, passport. Photo and digital documents are allowed)

Girls are weighed WITHOUT CHARGES

Access to weight: 1 kg - among age categories 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11 years.

500 g - among age categories 12-13, 14-15 years old

Parents are not allowed to the weigh-in area.

7. FINES AND RULES

The penalty for transfer to the next or lower category (in case of not falling into the declared category) is (7500 tg)

The minimum number of athletes to form a division is 3 people. Otherwise, divisions are combined at the discretion of the organizers.

Participants who have not passed the electronic registration on the site are not allowed to compete.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify athletes for violation of the rules and non-compliance with the order.

Medals are awarded only if the athlete personally attends the ceremony. If an athlete is unable to attend the ceremony for a valid reason, their medal will not be presented.

8. GENERAL RULES

If an athlete fails to show up within 2 minutes, he/she loses the meet.

Responsibility for getting to the tatami on time lies with the coaches and athletes. Volunteers help the organizers, but are not responsible for tardiness.

Citizens of one country are not allowed to register under the flag of another country.

Athletes with experience in other martial arts, champions and medalists of major international competitions can not participate among white belts of beginners.

If identified, the athlete will be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.
