Les fighters s'affronteront au cours d'un gala en soirée pour ce 1er tour de ce tournoi inédit qui se déroulera sur 7 galas.

• Certificat médical de non contre indication à la pratique du Grappling Fight en compétition datant de moins d'1an.
• Examen ophtalmique portant sur l'acuité visuelle, le champ visuel au doigt, la motilité oculaire, le milieux transparents, un fond d’œil après dilatation pupillaire (verre à trois miroirs), la gonioscopie et les anomalies d ’ordre pathologique, datant de moins de moins de 2 ans.
• Un électrocardiogramme (ECG) interprété datant de moins d'1an
• Un bilan sanguin: sérologie hépatite B (HBsAg), C (Anti-HCG) et HIV (Ag/Ab) datant de moins de 3 mois
Si agé de 32 ans ou plus au 1er septembre de la saison en cours,
• Un ECG d'effort ( à renouveler tous les 5 ans)
• Un Angio-IRM cerebral ( à renouveler tous les 3 ans)
