  It's a very friendly atmosphere! Especially as a girl it can be intimidating to start jiu jitsu but I couldn't be more happy I found this place. John is a great teacher and has a very balanced teaching style, covering the basics and providing more for those who are more advanced or want to learn more.

  All around amazing atmosphere, jiu-jitsu John is a top tier coach, well rounded in traditional and modern techniques. On top of everything the facility offers cold plunge, sauna, breath work, and many different physical workouts to benefit from, it’s a business you walk in as a customer and leave feeling like a friend! 10/10 would recommend for everyone!

  I have to start off by saying, I was not expecting to be as interested in learning Jiu-Jitsu as I am now. We have been coming here as a family for half a year now and it's awesome. Jon has a great way of teaching that is intriguing and practical at the same time. He takes the time to slow the entire process down so you learn the basics before jumping into the advanced. His knowledge base is awesome! Ben also has a great way of teaching when I get lost sometimes. He runs a CLEAN and relaxed atmosphere here. My favorite part is the live rolling. It's a change to put into practice what we learn prior in the session that day. I have told so many people about this program because it works and it's awesome. The group of people who show up to train are friendly and respectful. I will continue to support and watch this team grow!

  John has a fun and laid back approach to teaching. Whether you were looking for self-defense, a great workout, or a new hobby I highly recommend you give this place a try. You also have everything needed to succeed by having in gym access to functional fitness, ice plunges, and saunas.

  My daughter attends jitsu and she loves it here. Very positive, clean environment. Coach John is great with the kids, I highly recommend coming here! :)
