I have been training at Spartan Fitness for over a year now and it has honestly been such a positive experience! The community at the gym has been nothing short of supportive and uplifting. I have been able to accomplish so much more than I ever thought I would be capable of all due to the help and support of the coaching staff and various training partners. Spartan is a great place to start your fitness journey, no matter what your goals may be. Thank you!

This is a great gym. I have been going to this gym for a little over a year know and I still love going. All the staff and coaches are good and want to teach you what they know. The coaches genuinenly care and want to make sure you learn mma. I was having a hard time getting my first stripe on my belt and coach hunter helped me learn all the moves I needed to pass the test. The workout program they have will get you in the best shape of your life. They also have events that are always fun. The staff go out of there way to make you feel like you are part of something more than just a gym. I would 100% rocommend this gym to anyone.

Moved here two years ago and found Spartan Fitness. Love training and learning here. Classes for all ages and levels, or just fantastic fitness classes to keep you in shape. As a side benefit I’ve made a ton of friends along the way!

I was there years ago, trained everyday, strength and conditioning, jiujitsu, and muy thai for a month straight. What made me stop coming was the fact that they let some people who say they have experience get promoted within a week. Then the coaches, especially Kenny doesn't take criticism when I made that comment. I was told I wasn't a martial artist by Kenny. So I moved on, I guess I'll just protect myself with gun jitsu. I had prior experience before coming to Spartan but I was humble enough to try to learn their way. But they do pick favorites, well at least from when I came there. I hope others will have a better experience than I had.
