Great group of folks. James and Jared are both very friendly and technical instructors.

This group is amazing. They are all willing to help you learn and enjoy the class. They’ve helped me gain confidence in a sport I never even thought I could do!

Friendly and helpful. I feel like family while being pushed to do my best and get outside my comfort zone. The knowledge of the instructors is above average and I strongly recommend for newcomers and experienced grapplers
