The instructors at this jiu-jitsu gym are world-class, providing expert guidance and individual attention to help students of all levels improve their skills. The welcoming environment and camaraderie among the students make it an ideal place to train, learn, get in shape, and be part of a supportive community

Espada is for those who love routine and serious hardcore training. Focus is on comp training, but a great supportive community. The coaches are focused on refining technique as well as making sure you get in the foundations. They have a full schedule and various open Mat sessions. Locker rooms and showers are clean and towels provided.

I trained with Rodrigo, Nosh, Joy, Davide and the professors at Espada for over 7 years. My 3 year old daughter has also attended the tots class. World class instruction, technique and fun for all ages. Made life long friends here on and off the mat. Facility is nice and everyone makes you feel right at home.

My daughter does kids BJJ (3-5yr olds). The class balances fun (keeping kids engaged) and proper coaching of BJJ techniques and drills. Depending on class size there are always 2-3 coaches or professors there to make sure the kids are getting adequate attention. Would highly recommend for any parent considering having their child start BJJ.

Great coaches who are patient, with attention to detail. Peers in the classes equally as important driving you and motivating you. No egos, the embodiment of the respect and courtesy is well ingrained here.
